Privacy policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the goldentransport.rs website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is governed by the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018).

Who is the data controller

Golden Transport
Milana Uzelca 13, Zemun, Belgrade, Serbia
Email: info@goldentransport.rs
Phone: +381 65 358 4547

What data we collect

Quote request form. When you ask for a quote, you send us: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, the collection and delivery locations, the size of the job and a description of what is being moved. Optionally, you can also give a phone number, a company name and a preferred date.

Contact form. Your name, email address, message and, optionally, a subject.

Phone, Viber and WhatsApp. If you call us or write to us on Viber or WhatsApp, we see your phone number and whatever you send us. Those conversations take place in those apps, not on our website.

Website visit data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (see the section on cookies).

Why we use the data

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the move or transport. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing the contract.
  • To see how many people visit the website and which pages they read, so we can improve it. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it to send you advertising.

Where the data goes and who processes it

We do not store form messages in the website database. They are sent by email to info@goldentransport.rs, an address provided by our email service provider (Dreamweb). The website is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.

When you consent to visit measurement, visit data is sent to Google, which may process it outside Serbia and the European Union, including in the United States.

How long we keep the data

We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to reply to your enquiry and carry out the agreed job, or for as long as the law requires. The website automatically deletes its record of each sent message (who it was sent to, when, and what it said) after 14 days.

Cookies

When you first open the website, we ask whether you agree to cookies.

  • “Essential only” — Google Analytics loads without cookies and does not recognise you. Google only receives an anonymous signal that a visit took place, with nothing that would distinguish you from other visitors.
  • “Accept” — Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and _ga_…) and counts visits under Google’s rules.

We remember your choice in the gt_pristanak cookie for 180 days, so we don’t ask you on every page. To change your choice, delete this website’s cookies in your browser settings and the banner will appear again.

The Instagram, Facebook, Viber and WhatsApp buttons are ordinary links. They send nothing to those services until you click them. Once you click, those services’ privacy rules apply.

Your rights

Regarding your data, you have the right to:

  • find out whether we process it and get a copy
  • ask for incorrect data to be corrected
  • ask for your data to be deleted
  • ask for processing to be restricted
  • have your data transferred to another controller
  • object to processing
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal

Send your request to info@goldentransport.rs. We will reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
